Shop Policies

We do all repair work by Appointment only, unfortunately no Walk-ins. Appointments can be made via phone (757)490-6600 or email Roryandsontrans@gmail.com.

We do all checkouts between 8am-12pm and 1pm-4pm everyday Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. No drop offs for basic checkout/diags. This usually takes about 20 mins and is $20 cash (shop Card min. is $50)

All bench job transmissions need to provide the VIN and Mileage within 7 days of pickup for warranty validation. No info, No warranty, No exceptions.

We do not have a facility large enough for storage. All Vehicles will need to be picked up within 48hrs of job completion. After that there will be a storage fee of $25 per day outside or $35 per day inside depending on what the job is. Same goes for all bench jobs/property but the storage fee will be reduced to $10 per day depending on the size of the property.

We are not responsible for any property left in any vehicles when dropped off for repairs.

Any additional repairs that exceed 10% of the agreed upon work estimate will require customer approval.
